(Battlefield Accessories) Too late, Pulser lunged for Morduke’s mace. The supervillain contemptuously backhanded him with one sweep of his gauntleted hand as he snatched up the mace with the other. Pulser fell back into the wreckage of the building. "Pulser!" Whirlwing and Captain Avenger both lunged forward as Morduke reared back to smash the prone superhero to pulp. "No you don’t, heroes…" Morduke hefted the mace which began to crackle with rampant coronas of energy. Whirlwind and Captain Avenger dived for cover in the debris as the air was filled with plasma bolts.
